Job Description

Inspect raw materials and machinery to identify defects and malfunctions. Monitor all production stages to ensure safety procedures are followed on Mux CTRL signal check, Physical assembly check ,Mux Function check, Flex bending and peel strength. Run quality controls on components level testing and final products. Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems. Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes Suggest fixes and improvements for Cable, Flex, shielding, Transducer Capacitance Test, impedance test. Probe, Acoustic test , hi-pot & Leakage test , Pressure Test. EMC/EMI pre-test (spot check) Document technical issues and solutions Experience in medical device domain from System Engineering / Verification & Validation / QMS background. Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics/ Electronics and Communications/ Mechanical Experienced in being a team player to meet the deliverables. Worked in all phases of medical device. life cycle (sustenance, post market support, complaint handling) In-depth knowledge on Hardware/System/Mechanical design Understanding in Quality Management System as per ISO 13485 Risk management documentation as per ISO 14971 Knowledge on document and change management process in medical device industry Understands EMI / EMC requirements as per IEC 60601-1-2 DFMEA, PFMEA and SFMEA document preparation and control Regulatory standards knowledge like IEC 60601-1, QSR per 21 CFR Part 820, standards, collateral standards, etc. Participated in Internal and external audits Candidate having worked in medical devices domain like Probe understanding, Ultrasound console testing exp Experience in Product life cycle management
