Experience Details

Essential Experience: 5-7+ Experience in Virtualization Domain. - Manage hyper converged solutions using VMWARE ESXi, vCloud Director, Responsible for managing the workloads on VMware Responsible for handling Server Upgrades, Migration and major activities. - Experience with virtualization platforms, server consolidation, and administering virtual environments. - Should be well versed in P2V/V2V/P2P migrations - Must have experience in the automated management of VMware infrastructure, including VM deployment, VM Post Deployment configuration snapshots, reconfigure VMs, automated changes to infrastructure configurations and VM policies, etc. - Must have experience with Virtual Machine Buildout and Configuration to Secure Baseline Configuration (SBC) Security Compliance Standards Automated task with PowerShell. - Must have in-depth knowledge and experience with install, configure, managing troubleshoot VMWare ESX Server. - Should have experience with VM Template Manager (monthly patching, vulnerabilities, and infrastructure deployment scripted with PowerShell. - Should have experience with ESXi VM Host Cluster Buildout, patching, and management Automated configuration of VM Host Builds with PowerShell Scripts. - Must have experience with Shell Scripting: Used Powershell to automate repetitive tasks and create reports used to validate project completion Vmware PowerCLI - Administration experience for Microsoft 2008/2012/2016, Windows clustering and storage networks. - Solid fundamental knowledge in server, networking, archiving, security and storage disciplines. - Should be a quick learner to adapt to the new technologies - Expertise on solving Performance issues and worked in resolving Major outages. - Liaise with Vendors in case of HW or OS failures. - Good understanding of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
