TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (FRESHERS) JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative with an engineering background to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical support and guidance throughout the sales process. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market segments. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting technical features and benefits. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide customized technical solutions. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop proposals and quotations for customers. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with customers. Provide post-sales technical. support, including installation guidance, troubleshooting, and training. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and objectives
