Job Description
Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design visual materials, including but not limited to logos, brand identities, marketing collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, infographics, and website layouts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Interpret project briefs and requirements to develop innovative design concepts and deliverables. Use graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visual content. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, engaging, and effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience. Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and knowledge. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Manage multiple projects. simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers as needed to ensure the successful execution of design projects. Adhere to project budgets, timelines, and client specifications, while demonstrating flexibility to accommodate changes and revisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of print and digital design processes, file formats, and production techniques. Familiarity with web design principles, responsive design, and UX/UI concepts is a plus. Previous experience in marketing or advertising agencies is preferred
