Company Description Modi Builders is a leading construction company based in Hyderabad with several successful residential townships under its belt. The company has about Rs. 4000 crore in residential projects on hand and is actively negotiating several new projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant/Senior Accounts position. The Senior Accounts professional will oversee the financial accounting, preparation of all Returns of the construction projects, including bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and analysis of financial reports. Chartered Accountant certification is must, At least two plus years of experience post CA Certification. Qualifications Experience in financial operations and accounting Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and other accounting software Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Bachelor's. degree in Accounting or Finance Chartered Accountant certification is must At least two plus years of experience post CA Certification. Experience in the construction industry is a plus
