We are looking to hire freshers/experienced for US IT/Pharma recruitment for our Gurgaon office with below skills. Required Skills and Responsibilities: Should have hands on Recruitment Experience and freshers for End - To - End Recruitment in US IT/Pharma Industry/ Work independently. Experience in account handling activities like Client handling, and Recruitment. Excellent Understanding of full recruitment life cycle. Candidates with agency recruitment experience are preferred. Experience with sourcing techniques, able to understand technologies. Experience in Temporary Staffing/Contract (C2H) Recruitment is good to have. Experience in niche skills hiring is good to have. Excellent command in verbal and written English with good attitude towards learning. Hands on experience on using Outlook, Word, and MS Excel. Hands on experience in sourcing through Job portals (Monster, Dice, Tech Fetch etc.), social media, Referrals etc. Sourcing & screening of profiles. as per the indent, candidate engagement, client engagement, Employer Branding, Relationship Management.
