Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1) Excellent Spoken and Written Communication skills.

2) Good Analytical Skills.

3) Conduct detailed audits of mortgage loans, reviewing documentation, Income calculation, Credit risk assessment and Loan decision rational to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements.

4) Perform RCA on recurring issues or higher risk UW activities to prevent future risks.

5) Ability to analyse UW trends and patterns providing actionable recommendations.

6) In-depth understanding of Mortgage regulations, policies and standards.

7) Good working knowledge of Mortgage loan UW of 4 Cs.

8) Good with MS office applications.
