What you will do:
- Manage a team of Functional associates, Technical associates and Scrum masters focused on the Spend management domain.
- Work with solution architects and help define business processes and system architecture
- Support the team in delivery to ensure adherence to quality and scheduling goals
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions are fit for use and purpose while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide input to Spend Management leadership team on both short-term and long-term program planning focused on the organizational goals
- Identify, Improve and optimize opportunities to improve product deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with security practices/guidelines, and relevant technology standards
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Provides mentoring and development opportunities for associates. Move the team from a project mindset to a product mindset both in planning and delivery
What you will bring:
- B.E. or B.Tech or higher degree with 15+ years of experience and minimum 10 years SAP implementation in the area of Finance.
- Candidate should have experience in Functional and Technical area of SAP and people management skills.
- 2-4 years experience in managing high performance teams in a product development organization
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Technical (ABAP, FIORI etc), SAP FI CO
- Strong knowledge on Finance and Controlling business processes in On premise solution and Cloud solutions
- Very good experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Management and Treasury business processes
- Good experience in SAP S/4 implementation
- Certifications in relevant areas of SAP are preferred
- Good experience in delivering the project/product in Agile methodology
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
- Experience working with global teams
Minimum Qualifications...
Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years experience in software engineering or related area.

Master s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years experience in software engineering or related area.
