The Tourism Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day travel planning and consulting with clients to create personalized travel itineraries. The Tourism Consultant will also communicate with clients to answer questions and provide recommendations, as well as provide training to new employees and ensure exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Holiday/Tour Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customized tour packages on demand for travelers, ensuring an exceptional and personalized travel experience. Responsibilities: The responsibilities. of the Holiday/Tour Executive include, but are not limited to: Understanding the unique travel requirements of clients and creating personalized tour packages accordingly. Researching and identifying suitable destinations, accommodations, and activities to include in the tour packages. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth execution of the tour packages. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Qualifications Travel Planning and Consulting skills Excellent Communication skills Training experience Strong Customer Service skills Knowledge of sustainable travel practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
