Requirements :
- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience using Java
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with both NoSQL and Relational databases
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to change

Nice to have :
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and configuration management
- Domain knowledge in Financial Services or Fintech is a plus
