Product Quality Systems Architect Purpose: Implement Global CS Quality Strategic projects by providing Innovative, effective and Digital Solutions by partnering with IT, Managed Services and Business stake holders Prioritize Projects, continuous improvements, enhancements based on Business Criticality and Value to support Business Growth and Operations Drive Digital Transformation Ensure global governance. and sustainable alignment with relevant stakeholders. Key contact for ERP Quality Management processes and Interfaces between ERP and Satellite systems. Manage QM Key User network at Global level Value Added: Key resource to drive future global ERP design in Crop Science Quality Management area. Key driver on large initiatives at CS / Enterprise Level. Governs existing ERP implementations to ensures that global standards are maintained for all ERP changes related to Crop Science Quality. Tasks: Deliver strategic system solutions in Quality (SAP QM, Satellite and Reporting) which are Global, Scalable and are aligned with Business strategy by partnering with IT Identify Continuous System Improvement Opportunities to support Business Growth Efficiently manage available budgets and resources by prioritize System enhancements and support requests with IT Train Regional key users on new tools and designs implemented Communicate on projects and enhancements status to leadership, Business stake holders and key users Introduce / Educate business on potential new tools, where applicable Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Master Data, Reporting and other teams Support Quality Eco Systems which are interfacing with SAP Digitize data sharing by utilizing innovative technologies (Partner with IT) Deliver Reporting needs in SAP, Business Objects, DataOne etc. Qualifications & Competences: University Degree or Equivalent in IT / Science related 5+ Years of systems experience Knowledge of Business Processes, Support and management processes Ability to work independently and in team environment by maintaining overall business vision and objectives Excellent Communication, influence and leadership skills Experience in collaborating with international teams, members having various cultural and technical background Strong understanding of IT Systems and Tools Strong cross functional knowledge Strong cross-cultural sensitivity Bayer does not charge any fees whatsoever for recruitment process.
