Role Description Epigroww Global is looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Executive for an on-site role located in New Delhi. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that will support business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, designing and executing campaigns. across various digital channels, and coordinating with other teams to ensure alignment of overall marketing objectives. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure. Qualifications Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies focused on performance marketing Hands-on experience with different digital marketing channels and tools including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for campaign optimization and reporting Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing Experience in Ecommerce marketing is a plus
