Our commitment is to help you #DoMore.Everyday. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person. You will also be tasked with resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work well in a team environment Experience using customer service software and tools High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of customer service experience Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required Pre sales knowledge would be an advantage
