Job Title/ Designation: Programming Training Specialist No. of Positions: 6 Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Prepare students according to industry expectations at different competency levels Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and focus on minimal skills required for successful placements. Provide coaching for coding competitions and hackathons, fostering competitive coding skills. Prepare coding content and assignments to cater different training requirements. Offer support in various formats of mock interviews, aligning with industry standards. Coordinate and conduct all annual coding certification-related activities to validate students" coding proficiency. Assist Process and other trainers with administrative tasks to streamline program operations. Facilitate and plan special training sessions to cater to students requiring additional support. Support in the hiring process, monitor and track students" attendance, proctor assessments, tests, and exams. capture and maintain feedback from training sessions Become an integral member of our training department, working collaboratively with academic departments. Development of prototypes to continuously enhance software skills and support the organization. Qualifications and requirement: BE/B.Tech CSE and allied branches (MCA if required skills are matching one or two candidates can be taken) Must have strong proficiency in programming languages. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms and SQL. Strong background in competitive coding (Leetcode Knights badge, Codeforces rank minimum 1500). Winner at coding competitions would be an added advantage. Can demonstrate a portfolio of projects including some real world projects. Has in-depth knowledge in one of the technologies: Full-stack, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Deep Learning, Prompt Engineering Knowledge of Advanced Excel and PowerBI/Tableau. Ability to learn new technologies and tools as per the industry requirements. Previous experience in the software industry or related roles, preferred. Effective communication and teaching abilities. Experience in conducting placement training programs. Willingness to adapt to evolving programming trends and employ innovative teaching methods. Team player.
