Uktob helps businesses run certain operations 95% cheaper, 45x faster, with better results using AI. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Back End Developer at Uktob. The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing scalable and efficient web and software applications using object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. The Back End Developer will also collaborate with front-end developers and programmers to develop integrated web applications and with AI Experts to integrate Generative AI experiences. Responsibilities Develop scalable backend systems using Python FastAPI and Django/Flask Design and build RESTful APIs for integration into frontend apps Collaborate with engineers and AI experts on integrations Improve performance, security, and reliability of backend infrastructure Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation Communicate technical designs, solutions, and processes Develop and implement applications using GenAI Python libraries, with a particular focus on Langchain Qualifications Strong experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Proven experience with GenAI Python libraries, particularly Langchain, is essential The role will actively involve working on GenAI Applications as a backend developer, requiring a keen understanding and hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and their integration into backend systems Experience in Front-End Development Experience in cloud-based servers, such as AWS or Azure Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Experience working with artificial intelligence or machine learning is a plus
