Job Description
Key Skills: Sap, SAP Basis, Oracle, DB2, HANA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and install Suse Linux, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and related SAP/DB environments.
- Provide support for at least 2-3 databases including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, and HANA.
- Perform independent support and installation activities at the SAP and DB level.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
- Work in shifts, including 24x7 and on-call support, as required by the business needs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth system operations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and support.
Experience Requirement:
- 8-10 years of experience with Suse Linux, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Knowledge and experience with at least 2-3 databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, or HANA.
- Experience in supporting and installing systems at the SAP and DB level.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide 24x7 on-call support.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Any Graduation.
