Support and install Suse Linux, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and related SAP/DB environments.
Provide support for at least 2-3 databases including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, and HANA.
Perform independent support and installation activities at the SAP and DB level.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
Work in shifts, including 24x7 and on-call support, as required by the business needs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth system operations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and support.
Experience Requirement:
8-10 years of experience with Suse Linux, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Knowledge and experience with at least 2-3 databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SAPDB, Sybase, or HANA.
Experience in supporting and installing systems at the SAP and DB level.
Willingness to work in shifts and provide 24x7 on-call support.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Any Graduation.
