We are hiring for Procurement Hub Leader (India & EMEA) with a Chemical Manufacturing MNC Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Onsite) Experience: 15+ years Indirect/NPR Procurement experience in a Global Organization Job Role Expectations Deep Functional knowledge of Requisitioning, Procurement, and Invoicing processes Has in-depth techno-functional knowledge of any of the multiple of the following tools: SAP MM, Ariba, Coupa, Sievo, Fairmarkit etc. Passion to build and lead high-performing teams to create new ways of working and continuous improvement Demonstrated experience with developing and deploying new processes, work instructions Demonstrated leadership and project management skills; Experience working on large, complex projects driving technology-based transformation programs Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and IT functions Experience with cutting-edge technologies: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine. Learning (ML), Repetitive Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining Excellent verbal and written & presentation skills Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Experience of working with senior stakeholders Demonstrated passion and experience about organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and change management Roles & Responsibilities: Manage existing Hub team (10, growing to 20+ staff); identifying top local talent that can drive efficiency and innovation Continuously train and develop team members for effectiveness and career growth Manage key stakeholders globally, ensuring the Hub team is delivering and demonstrating/communicating value to the enterprise Interview stakeholders to capture key information on role requirements Develop and maintain an inventory of shared Procurement data assets, with appropriate business glossary descriptions and searchable by business users Manage the quality of Procurement data assets throughout its lifecycle through definition of data quality rules, monitoring, and remediation of data quality issues Derive insights from data to uncover bottlenecks and identify opportunities for process improvement .
