Job Description

Academics: UG Any, PG: Any (Post graduation is not compulsory). Experience: 0-1 year of experience in IT Sales Responsibilities: Identify the opportunities for sales and develop sales strategies through different channels and marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, Guru, Email Marketing etc. Identify and secure new business opportunities by bidding on contracts and responding to requests for proposals. Support and drive the end-to-end bid process. Compile, edit, and proofread commercial proposals, sales pitch, technical documents and present in a professional and concise manner. Set up meetings with clients, understand requirements and propose business services and solutions. Represent company in various business forums, exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences etc. Pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Collaborate with the team to continuously build and upgrade sales and pre-sales related material. Should have basic knowledge of Data. Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound sales. Familiarity with bidding platforms and tools, such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, Guru, is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and influencing skills. Creative and innovative thinking. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. An interest in Data Analytics, coupled with a willingness to keep up to date with industry trends. Attention to detail. Deadline-driven and committed to excellence. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment
