Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for building construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues or delays efficiently.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, timelines, and cost control to senior management.
- Ensure quality control throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Handle contract negotiations and procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- [8+] years of experience managing construction/building projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
