Role Description This is an internship role for a remote-based WordPress Developer at SEMS Foundation. We are looking for a candidate to assist with WordPress theme and plugin development, website optimization, content migration, and website maintenance. You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and content creators to improve website functionality and. performance. Qualifications Experience with WordPress theme development and customization Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with WordPress plugin installation and customization Experience with website migration and server configuration Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization strategies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Prior experience with customer service is a plus Excellent communication skills Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field As a SEMS Foundation intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects and contributing to a worthwhile cause. This is an excellent opportunity to build your portfolio and receive valuable mentorship from industry professionals.
