Whats it About: We are looking for an Online Site Merchandiser in our Marketplace Team. Why Bewakoof Founded 9 years ago, Bewakoof is one of the largest Youth Fashion Brands in India. Started by 2 IIT Bombay alumni, its one of the fastest growing consumer brands in the country. The company has a revenue run-rate of 250crs, growing more than 100% Y-O-Y, and has managed to be the sole profitable player in the online shopping space in India. Serving 30,000 products daily, Bewakoof has sold over 1crore products till date, with a team-strength of 250 employees and a 1000-people workforce across manufacturing and warehousing. We plan to grow 10x in the next 4 years with a vision to create Indias largest Youth Fashion Brand, and this is your chance to be a part of our exciting journey! Key Responsibilities: Manage homepages, category pages, campaign pages and optimise creatives & banners based on performance Manage footage and drive monetization through advertisement of different. brands on the portal Play a critical role in enhancing consumer experience on UI Define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes Collaborating across business lines and with internal teams to sync marketing calendars across high visibility placements and devices Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence product roadmap Must-Haves: 2+ years relevant work experience in roles requiring online site merchandising, data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs Understanding and use of web metrics to measure performance Nice To Have: Having an eye for compelling merchandising, creativity, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing Past experience in managing site merchandising for ecommerce portals Key Competencies: Ability to handle high visibility, high pressure launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders Designing and executing online campaigns which improve customer experience Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and design recommendations Working independently on key deliverables Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
