Roles & Responsibilities

- Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls

- Assisting them if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.

- Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.

- Maintain C SAT scores- Maintain AHT, Login hrs, Quality  

Eligibilities

- Minimum 9 months of experience in International voice process

- UG/ Grad both can apply

- 5 days working

- Rotational shifts and 2 rotational week offs

- Both side cab- Salary upto 33000/- 

- Performance based incentives upto - 20000

- Location - Gurgaon
