Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center.
Excellent communication skills in English language.
Proficiency in Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Knowledge anyone language of Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Malayalam languages is desirable.
