Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - International Marketing (IT Industry) Experience Required: 5 - 9 years (Exp in IT industry preferred) Location: Ahmedabad Shift Time: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM IST Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Head to spearhead marketing strategy and oversee the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, digital trends, and a passion for driving brand growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading a team of marketing professionals, and fostering a data-driven and creative marketing culture. As we rebuild our marketing team from the ground up, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing strategies, build influential relationships, and drive growth across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Develop. and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, targeting specific audience segments and markets. Brand Management: Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and positive brand perception in the market. Develop and Maintain Key Relationships: Forge and nurture relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand the company's reach and enhance industry presence. Ownership of P&L: Take full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for all digital marketing and media initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize ROI. Digital Platform Growth: Drive growth across all digital platforms, focusing on customer acquisition and retention through comprehensive marketing strategies. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer requirements. Content Marketing Strategy: Develop and maintain a content marketing strategy, producing high-quality content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to educate and engage the target audience. Online Presence Management: Oversee the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Innovation and Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to identify new marketing opportunities and areas for improvement. Collaborative Creativity: Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create marketing collateral and materials that effectively convey the company's value proposition. Customer Experience Enhancement: Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience in similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in marketing leadership. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
