Description: 
The Management Representative will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including Customer audits and SA 8000 requirements. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with proven experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate Customer audits,ISO audits and SA 8000 audits.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality management systems and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and procedures.
