Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day backend operational tasks.
Prepare and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, data sorting, filtering, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Support in data entry and system updates.

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge MS Office/ Google Suites (knowledge of formulas, formatting, pivot tables is a plus).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Team player with a problem-solving mindset
