Job Description

Designation: Executive & Senior Executive - Sales.
No of requirements - 5-15
Eligibility criteria:

• Must be a graduate and above from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 months to 1Yrs experience in Inside Sales
• Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).
• Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.

Work from the office.

• People with Sales exp in FOS, Front Desk, and Kiosk are not eligible for this.
• Preference will be given to Fintech, EdTech, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance Sales, Product based Sales will be preferred.
• Experience in Cold Calling will have an added advantage.
• Package - As per current industry standards + Performance-based incentives + Other allowances.)
• Notice Period - Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• 6 days of working 1day rotational off
• Rotational shifts for Male candidates 
  
  
  
  Salary 20k to up to 35k(Based on Current CTC can give 15 to 20% Hike on ur package)+ Incentives

Interview Process:

• 1st Round - Testgorilla test (Need to clear before the drive)
• 2nd Round - Quality Round - Evaluation of Communication skills (English and Hindi)
• 3rd Round - Ops Round (Evaluation of Sales effectiveness and thinking)
