Our unique biometric ID allows users to store all their important passwords in a digital and compact safe. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, email, and chat. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring timely resolution. Qualifications Excellent customer service, support, and satisfaction skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with CRM software and other customer. service tools Experience working in a remote environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
