Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, resolving customer inquiries, aiming for high customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The representative will also be responsible for managing customer accounts and maintaining records. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on satisfaction and experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with customer service software and databases Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Attention to detail and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred
