Be a part of Life Insurance Sales Team ! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager - Life Insurance (Team Handling). The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day activities such as managing a team of sales professionals, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective leadership and communication skills. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills, with proven success in sales management Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the insurance industry is preferred Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite Engage and nurture the relationship with channel partners to drive business targets Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and. improve market share in the channel Review team's progress against plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management processes Ensure quality and persistency of the business Relevant experience within the industry is preferred, and knowledge of insurance products and services is important. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to drive sales through effective leadership and communication. Candidate Requirement MBA/Graduate with minimum 5-7 years of sales experience and minimum 3 years of people management experience Experience of managing sales team in the BFSI space will be preferred Key skills : Strong sales planning, team management and high achievement drive
