Hiring for Treasury Controller .

Location - Finance

Qualification - CA

Experience - 14+

Managing Day to Day Treasury Activities; - Fund/Non Fund limits & utilization, -Forex management, -Hedging, -banking and other regulatory requirements (Compliance to FEMA), -Liaise with External and Internal stakeholders, providing required support to business.
Cashflow forecasting and management.
Support in Forex Risk Management. Working knowledge in various Forward products including, Options , Range Forwards, Target Redemption Forward, etc.,
Working knowledge in various Supply chain financing solutions , working closely with Procurement , for new working capital management solutions.
Supporting other related miscellaneous activities from time to time.
Managing Foreign Currency Exchange Rate risk- Strategies for project, Take forward contracts, Monitor status (rollover/cancellation required), ensure FEMA compliances in relation to forward contracts, Quarterly review and reporting.
Should be able to handle facility (Credit line agreements) management with bank, related communications, annual review of limits, communications to and from bank. Work closely with India Treasury Head, CFO and Group Treasury Leads.
Support in bidding process. Understanding treasury related risks in contracts, validate deviations from Corporate Policy, move request for necessary departure approvals.
Handle all corporate treasury reporting.
Ensure delivery on SOX and other internal controls expectation.
Should be able to handle treasury interface for custom compliances.
Additional information (essentials):
CA with around 10 to 12 years of post-qualification experience, with minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury function of a medium to large company.
Candidate is expected to have in-depth understanding and experience in handling of treasury transactions independently. He is also expected to be solution oriented. He should be able to take forward strategy on Treasury Matters
Role require extensive interaction with Bankers, other finance and non-finance stakeholders, including Corporate Treasury. Managing teams and bankers will be routine.
Responsibilities include bringing efficiency in process workflow and remain cost focused.
Good communication skills both spoken and written.
Commitment to high professional ethical standards
Persuasive with details and facts.
Preference; ERP experience and Infrastructure/Project Company background.
Resource is expected to have expert level understanding on FEMA matters . Should have handled Fx Risk Management in previous organization.
Have good working knowledge in RBI Circulars in relation to Exports/Imports transactions.
Candidate should have worked on banking facility agreements.
Candidate is expected to understand Internal Controls over treasury environment.
Working under SOX environment will be good.
