Key Responsibilities:

• Provide multi-channel customer support for Navi's products, ensuring privacy and
• professionalism.
• Educate customers about Navi's products and services.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant
• stakeholders.
• Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes, collaborating effectively
• with the team for seamless support.

Desired skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of customer support experience with proficiency in English and Hindi;
• additional fluency in regional languages is advantageous
• Preferred experience in AMC and Digital Gold services and familiarity with CRM
• and Inbound/Chat/Email tools.
• Flexible availability for rotational rosters, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to provide extended support during business requirements and meet SLAs.
• Comfortable working across different channels such as Chat, Inbound Calls, and
• Email.
