Hands-on experience in planning & executing construction projects with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies, expertise in quality standards Skills in managing construction projects with proficiency in planning executing and monitoring estimation, billing, contract administration and resource planning Gained exposure in managing installation & commissioning activities involving resource planning in-progress inspection, team building and coordination with internal/external departments Resourceful in examining site to observe & evaluate condition and operability of facilities & structures and compiling field survey data & measurements Displayed skills in coordination with external agencies for negotiations, preparation of tender contract documents, cost, and estimation, so on  Excellence in ramping up projects in close coordination with contractors, consultants, architects & other external agencies and ensuring on time deliverables  Efficient organizer, motivator, team player and a decisive leader with the skills to motivate Teams to
