Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure all Deadlines are followed. Conduct Daily Team Meetings. Ensure proper Flow of Information between Team Members and Management Team. Monitor Deadline file Work Allocation between Team Members Payroll check & Exceptions of assigned Clients. Adhere to half day TAT for Email Responses. Timely execution of Payrolls during Planned/Unplanned leaves. Resolve 95% Team Queries, Reminders for Monthly/Quarterly Reports. E.g. LPP, CSS, H.T.E, and UK Intermediaries. Planning & Executing Monthly & Quarterly Tasks like P32s and Audits. Manage Deadline Expectations in case of Delays. Manage Expectations of Management, UK Team, and Clients. Create Covers by Cross Training within Team Members Team management. Exp: 5 to 10 years
