Role Description EdgeGlobal is in need of Senior Business Development Manager who is responsible getting client accounts. Desired candidate must have an existing client relationship and a proven track record of success in getting IT Clients. Your goal is to identify potential clients and interact with Hiring Managers of clients who regularly releasing contract and/ or contract- to- hire IT Staff augmentation services. You will be responsible in materializing existing vendor/ client accounts or contracts and build this network. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development. Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Proven track record of successful business development and sales in IT staffing industry. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain. Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and business development. Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way
