Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Azure DevOps GitHub SQL Server Ext JS TypeScript CSS HTML JavaScript and React JS. Experience in Consumer Lending is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Azure DevOps GitHub SQL Server Ext JS TypeScript CSS HTML JavaScript and React.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure that all development processes and deliverables adhere to company standards and best practices.

Contribute to the improvement of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

Must have strong experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Must have extensive experience with SQL Server for database management.

Must have proficiency in Ext JS TypeScript CSS HTML JavaScript and React for front-end development.

Nice to have experience in the Consumer Lending domain.

Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
