Job Description

Do you want to control your own salary and do you have an insatiable desire to succeed We are looking to hire highly motivated and aggressive sales managers to drive our online marketing & sales strategies. The ideal candidate must have a passion for providing high-value lead generation, lead acquisition, lead nurturing, lead conversion, customer acquisition and sale closure (turn a qualified lead into a customer). Market Focus: North America (USA & Canada), UK, Australia, Middle East, Asia Pacific Experience Required: Sales Managers with 5-8 years of experience Job Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients within the target market. Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research. Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize leads effectively. Conduct compelling and informative presentations to showcase our IT services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of. potential clients. Articulate the value proposition of our solutions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities. Utilize data and analytics to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance. Collaborate with the customer support team to deliver exceptional service. Job Requirements: Proven track record in IT sales, with a focus on hunting for new business. Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
