Roles & Responsibilities

- Handling customer complaints and concerns

- Provide appropriate solutions for customers

- Follow up to resolve any issues their customer experience

- Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interaction

 

Eligibility & requirements

- Grad/ UG both can apply

- Minimum 9 months of international BPO experience

- Age upto 33

- Free Medical insurance

- Both side cab

- Rotational week offs and shifts
