Job Summary: As a Social Media Management Executive on our dynamic marketing team, your passion for social media, in-depth platform understanding, and creative flair will elevate our brand's online presence. Your responsibilities encompass planning, executing, and monitoring social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience, ensuring a cohesive online presence. 2. Content Creation: Produce compelling, high-quality content for various platforms, including text, images, and videos, maintaining a visually appealing and engaging brand image. 3. Platform Management: Oversee and maintain company profiles on major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent branding and messaging. 4. Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding promptly. and engagingly to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a sense of community. 5. Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar for consistent and timely posting, maintaining a well-balanced content mix to meet audience expectations. 6. Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and user feedback. Analyze metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to measure campaign effectiveness. 7. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand the reach and enhance brand credibility. 8. Stay Current: Stay abreast of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, integrating new techniques into the company's strategy. 9. Paid Advertising: Assist in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns, targeting specific audiences to achieve business objectives. 10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. 11. Crisis Management: Handle sensitive situations, negative comments, and online crises professionally and promptly. 12. Budget Management: Assist in managing the social media budget, allocating resources effectively for maximum impact. 13. Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare and present comprehensive reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
