We are looking for enthusiastic, career-driven freshers with a passion for business technology to join our growing ERP Product Sales Team. This is an exciting launchpad for individuals eager to kick-start their career in B2B software sales, client management, and consultative solution selling.
Who Can Apply:
- MBA Freshers (Marketing / HR & Marketing / Finance & Marketing)
- B.Tech (Computer Science), MCA, BCA Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Interest in business software, tech solutions & consultative sales
- Basic knowledge of business functions like HR, Finance, or CRM is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individuals
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the business needs of clients and pitch suitable ERP modules (e.g., HRMS, CRM, Accounting).
- Deliver impactful product presentations and live demos to decision-makers (HR Heads, Finance Managers, Directors, etc.).
- Proactively generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and on-field visits.
- Drive regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, support) to ensure a smooth solution delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare timely sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive upselling and renewals.
