Technical Project Manager @ CA One Tech

Job Description

Role: Technical Project Manager
Experience: 10+ Years (with prior hands-on development experience)
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
  
• Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
  
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
  
• Identify risks, manage change requests, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  
• Monitor project metrics, ensure proper documentation, and prepare stakeholder reports.
  

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in project management.
  
• Strong background in software development (Java/.NET/Node.js/Python, etc.).
  
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
  
• Skilled in using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
  
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
  

Nice to Have:

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
  
• Experience in Cloud-based projects (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  
• Exposure to working with international stakeholders or distributed teams.
