Company Description Farms2B is a fully-fledged organization that directly caters fresh produce from farmers to diverse clientele in different sectors including hospitality, F&B, healthcare, and industrial catering. Our aim is to connect customers with the farmers, thereby promoting rural economy and ethical trading practices. Our offices are located in Kochi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer base, generating revenue and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Executive will also manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills Communication and Interpersonal skills Problem-solving and Negotiation skills Customer relationship management and Retention skills Experience in. the hospitality, F&B, healthcare, or industrial catering industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
