Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing customer service, sales of digital marketing services, training in sales management, and managing sales. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or business development roles, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal. skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the benefits of our offerings and addressing client concerns and objections.
