 JOB PROFILE : 

               Automation

• Development of new products, indigenization and improvement of existing Chip conveyors, Filtration system & Hi-force system etc
• Coordinating with designers of collaboration companies in USA & Germany on weekly basis for inputs and project discussions
• Should have excellent knowledge and hands on experience of  Solidworks, 3D Cad modeling & 2d drafting of mechanical parts & assemblies.
• Experience in new product development, frame design and load calculations.
• Extensive experience in Sheet metal & casting part design for automotive. Also have experience in machining Fixture design for HMCs and VMCs for automotive components like Cylinder Block, Cylinder head, Crankshaft, Oil pan etc.
• Strong knowledge of production and manufacturing technologies.
• Focused and goal driven with strong work ethics, continuously striving for improvement, coupled with commitment to offer quality work.
• Adaptable and a quick learner with skills to work under tremendous pressure.
