Job Description

We are seeking a NOC Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in infrastructure or network monitoring, preferably in a Banking or Financial Services environment.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring concepts: system uptime, CPU, memory, disk usage and link health etc.
Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Dynatrace and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
Solid knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and ICMP.
Exposure to SLA-driven support models and ITIL framework for incident, problem and change management.
Effective communication skills for escalation handling, incident documentation and coordination.
Willingness to work in rotational 24x7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ and ITIL Foundation.
