As we transition into a SaaS-first approach, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of our cutting-edge SaaS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring MVC, SQL, and Angular.
- Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and tools.
- Mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge within the team.
- Ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Java, Spring MVC, SQL, and Angular.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in database design and SQL querying.
- Experience with front-end development using Angular, including a solid understanding of its ecosystem.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Self-starter, proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and related development considerations is a plus.
