Job Responsibilities Establish Quality Control facility for fluoropolymer (PVDF and PTFE Micro powder), as part of Centre of Quality Excellence. Conduct Measurement system analysis for lab qualification and periodic validation. Supervise day-to-day QC Lab operation organize resources as per Quality Plan Implement Statistical Quality Control Implement LIMS (Laboratories Information Management system) Implement NABL and get the new lab certified to this standard. Implement IMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF) in Lab Train chemists for safety protocols and test methods. Lead problem solving exercise for product quality issues. Implement automation for FG allocation before dispatch. Manage and dispose NC products in collaboration with Production, Technical team. Coach Operations and Quality team on Quality tools and techniques. Comply to all GFL Safety protocols. As part of Center of Quality Excellence, this position is supposed to establish state-of-the. -art test facility for PVDF and Micro powder. RCA and CAPA for defective products. Disposal of defective products. Educational Qualification & Experience required Minimum Qualification- B.Tech/M.Tech in Polymer 15+ years of experience in industry, in which 10+ years in Quality
