The company exports to over 12 countries, with offices in Bangladesh and Vietnam. Rossari today is among the top three suppliers to the textile industry. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager (Sales WTC) located in New Delhi.As a Manager (Sales WTC), your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, executing sales plans and achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science , or a related field 5+ years of sales experience with. proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team in water treatment chemicals. Experience in the Specialty Chemicals industry preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office
