Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and revenue management. The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded, supervising a team of employees, and working with vendors and suppliers to keep the hotel running smoothly. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting Experience with hotel software and technology Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Fluency in. English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional guest service Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
