Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team to support the Tata Capital Loan Process. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for Tata Capital loan products. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating high-quality leads through various channels and campaigns.

Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to generate leads for Tata Capital loan products.

Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers who fit the target demographic for Tata Capital loan products.Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for Tata Capital loan products.Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to nurture leads and guide them through the loan application process.Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with Tata Capital's business objectives.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and outcomes using CRM software.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of various strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
